GB/T 1845.2-2021 Plastic Polyethylene (PE) Molding and Extrusion Materials Part 2: Sample Preparation and Performance Determination

This document specifies the methods and conditions for the preparation and performance determination of polyethylene (PE) molding and extrusion materials. This document also specifies the requirements for the pretreatment of test materials and the condition adjustment of the sample before the test.
This document is applicable to the characterization of polyethylene molding and extrusion material properties and the selection of test methods. These performances are selected from the GB/T 19467.1 common test methods. This document also lists other test methods that are widely used or of special significance for molding and extrusion materials, as well as the methods for determining the named properties in Part 1.
In order to ensure the reproducibility and repeatability of the test results, the sample preparation and state adjustment methods specified in this document can be used, as well as the specified sample size and test methods. The test data obtained using samples prepared under different conditions or using samples of different sizes may be inconsistent.
